ENGAGEMENT
Calibrate prepared an report that provided an independent opinion on the client’s entitlement to the claim, undertaking a rigorous analysis of the cause of the delay and the client’s compliance with contractual pre-conditions.
Calibrate also undertook a review of the extent of the delay by performing an independent critical path analysis, and reviewed the concurrency argument put forward by the principal in rejecting the EOT claim.
OUTCOME
The client adopted Calibrate’s report as part of a negotiated settlement with the principal on the project.
