Gareth is a highly accomplished Senior Planning & Project Controls Leader with over 25 years of experience shaping and delivering major construction and infrastructure projects across Australia, the UK and South Africa.
Gareth’s career spans some of the most complex and high-value developments in transport, health, residential, commercial and large-scale infrastructure, where he has consistently demonstrated the ability to balance strategic vision with rigorous detail.
Brendan is an experienced commercial and project resource with over 10 years’ experience working with top tier Australian companies. He combines his experience administering construction contracts with his claims preparation expertise to support clients in properly administering their contractual entitlements.
Brendan adopts an analytical approach to claims and disputes, coupling his engineering background with his extensive construction management experience. He understands the importance of managing claims at an early stage to avoid disputes or place a client in the best position for success in dispute resolution.
Dan has over 15 years’ experience in construction, specialising in delay and disruption claims. He has provided claims support and independent opinions on numerous matters, and is known for his methodical approach in undertaking delay analysis.
Dan presents and explains findings in a clear manner as he steps through, methodology selection, review the project documents, effect of delay, complexities (such as concurrent delay), the cause and ownership of delay.
Murat brings over 20 years’ of experience in the construction industry across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. He specialises in forensic delay analysis, expert witness services, and claims management, with a proven track record of advising on major infrastructure, power, transport, and commercial projects.
His dual background on both the contractor and client side provides him with a unique perspective in navigating complex disputes and risk management. Murat holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an LL.M. in Construction Law and Arbitration

Over the course of his career, he has effectively conducted in-depth delay analyses on a diverse array of projects, encompassing high-value multi-story buildings and infrastructure developments.

Farnam is a civil engineer with extensive international experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Farnam has managed multimillion-dollar scopes within major road, tunnelling, high speed rail and subdivision projects, accumulating vast experience on the contractor and design side of project execution. Farnam brings a thorough understanding of technical engineering and construction principles along with a strong background in cost control and contractual administration. His experience across all phases of project delivery — from design through to commissioning — allows him to deliver practical, outcome-driven solutions for Clients.
Iain is a highly skilled Planning and Scheduling Engineer with over 9 years of experience across the construction, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and residential sectors. Specializing in the development and management of detailed project schedules, Iain is known for his ability to oversee large-scale projects, ensuring key milestones are met while managing risks and resources effectively.

Richard assists colleagues through his expertise in Excel, PowerBI, and a range of programming languages, while compiling significant volumes of data to support technical analysis. He completed a Bachelor of Advanced Computing at the University of Sydney, majoring in Mathematics and Computational Data Science.
